Request a tow
A driver breaks down. They tap "Get a tow," drop their pin on a map, share photos of the vehicle, and the request lands on one shared screen in seconds.

Assign the closest truck
The dispatcher sees a live map with every truck and its status. One tap assigns the nearest available driver, and the customer gets an SMS with a name, a truck number, and an ETA.

Accept, navigate, photograph
The driver accepts on their phone, gets turn-by-turn directions, captures before-and-after photos on arrival, and the office sees every step without a single phone call.

Sign, invoice, update
The customer signs digitally on the driver's phone. The invoice closes the loop, an automatic SMS marks the job complete, and every milestone is on the same record.
